Just a bunch of photos from my second time in Pai
Yep. We loved it so much we went back. Well actually, our friends Yulian, Lauren, Nick, and Prahbs were headed there, and Ife and I wanted to join them, so after a quick jaunt down to Krabi (only spent 2 days there and honestly would love to have the opportunity to go back and really experience it more), we hopped back on a plane and flew from the southern end of Thailand, back up to the northern end.

Pai
Pai is a small town up in the mountains of northern Thailand. We hadn’t really heard of it until we got here but once we heard of it we kept hearing about it and everyone told us we had to go. We could only fit it in our schedule for 2 days. We took a bus from Chiang Mai to Pai and arrived to find it a chill small hippie town full of health food fanatics and a bunch of people who told us “yeah I came here 3 months ago and just never left” We only had one full day there so Ife and I each booked a one…

New York, New Memories
So here I am, on my flight from San Diego to New York. It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything but to the joy (of some) I will be renewing my activity on my blog. Why you ask? Because I’m going to Southeast Asia! Update about my flight. I got no. Sleep. At. All. That’s because while at the moment he is adorable, there is a 1-year-old child in the row in front of me who cried the entire flight. Getting to Claire’s Now to hear the story of my fretful mishap/adventure getting to Claires Due to miscommunication, I have to find my way from JFK airport to Claire’s…

Montreal, Quebec
Over my Spring break, I went up to Canada to visit Kate, Flo, Gab, and Clara (all of whom I know as a result of Edinburgh). The beginning of the trip was rough. First, when I arrived at SFO the airport was on lockdown for security reasons, they opened up all the gates 10 minutes before my flight was scheduled to take off, however they forced me to check my luggage. Because of the delay, we landed in Chicago with barely any time before my next flight took off, I kid you not I SPRINTED through O’Hare. When I arrived in Montreal, I discovered that while I made it on…

My Family Visits Edinburgh (Christmas and Hogmanay)
Long before I actually arrived in Scotland, my family planned to come and visit me. Along with them came a family friend, Kim! It was decided that they would come for Christmas and New Years, or Hogmanay, as it is called here. Not only is this so that they can see Scotland, but because Edinburgh is one of the worlds Festival capitals, and it is known for having a great New Years Eve party. The family landed on Dec 24th. We spent that day, Christmas, and the next day relaxing and exploring the city. I took them up Arthur’s seat (ofc), to a classic Christmas lunch (this took 20 hrs),…
